In our weekly Trends that Matter series, we provide engaging infographics from healthcare influencers to highlight general trends affecting the pharmaceutical industry. This week's featured topic is technology integration. Technological forces will play a vital role in shaping the future of pharma.

These industry forces include increased technology integration and more sophisticated innovations. According to Arthur D. Little:

"Integration of technologies will enhance the service level, the ease of use, the product delivery, the supply chain efficiency, the level of compliance and the product development."  

In upcoming years, the pharma industry will also see the formation of more technology partnerships. According to Garry D. Johnson, VP, and CTO at BioClinica Inc:

"Increasingly, technology firms are partnering to provide highly tailored solutions to address complex customer needs, pain points, and strategic initiatives."
